Experience: A minimum of between 5 and 10 years of consolidated experience in sales support (Inside Sales / Commercial Backoffice) within the industrial or equipment sector. (Junior profiles, please refrain from applying).
Languages: English level B2 or higher (fluency in reading and writing comprehension for technical documentation and systems).
IT tools: Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with Oracle, Hyperion, or CRM managers is highly valued.
Competencies: High negotiation capacity, problem-solving, goal orientation, and excellent communication skills.
DIRECT hiring by the company (via initial temporary contract with a guaranteed move to Permanent or direct Permanent depending on fit).
Fixed Salary: 28,000

Technical-commercial support: Advisory on the design, application, and selection of industrial equipment and solutions.
Comprehensive quote management: Preparation of budgets, estimates, technical proposals (submittals), and order processing.
Commercial administrative management: Order processing, invoicing, and coordination with the field sales team.
Use of management tools: Recording and data entry in ERP systems (Oracle) and customer follow-up via CRM.
Maintenance and loyalty of commercial relationships, incident resolution, and optimization of workflows between sales and delivery.
Monday to Thursday: 08:30h to 17:00h (with a lunch break).
Friday continuous working day: 08:30h to 14:30h (Friday afternoons off!).
