Mail and Correspondence: Reception, registration, classification, digitization, distribution, destruction, and archiving of documentation, including its proper management in the institutional digital repository.
Messaging: Sending, receiving, tracking of parcels, and resolution of associated incidents.
Office Supplies: Stock control, replenishment, and channeling of office and stationery supply orders. Management of Internal Requests (SSGG Intranet): Processing and tracking of requests for distribution, messaging, maintenance incidents, vending services, issuance and replacement of access cards, and management of archive boxes.
Administrative and Operational Support: Replenishment of first aid kits, management of confidential destruction, volume analysis, general administrative support, and processing of travel reservations.
Internal Customer Service and Support: Reception and accompaniment of visitors, booking of workspaces, and immediate assistance regarding incidents in meeting rooms.
