We are looking to hire a professional to be responsible for the reception service and VIP liaison at an emblematic corporate headquarters in Madrid.
In your day-to-day, you will be the person responsible for offering a distinguished corporate welcome service, ensuring an impeccable experience for visitors and high-level management interlocutors. Your main functions will be:
VIP accompaniment and itinerary: Receive, accompany, and guide in person members of the Management Committee, CEOs, board members, and VIP institutional visitors toward assigned meeting rooms or offices.
Corporate attention and reception: Manage in-person, telephone, and email attention in the reception areas, guaranteeing fluency in communication in English and Spanish.
Access and protocol management: Process credentials, visitor control, and incidents within the reception environment, ensuring the security and protocol standards set by the organization.
Coordination of meeting spaces: Provide support in the reservation, preparation, and supervision of institutional rooms for high-level executive meetings.
Strategic location: Workplace located at Calle Juan Ignacio Luca de Tena 11 (28027 Madrid).
