The role

ALDI and Randstad are joining forces in the search for the best talent. We are currently looking for a temporary Sales Coordinator profile, for a duration of 5-6 months.

What you'll do

Mission

Coordinate the content and functioning of the communication tool with the stores (Task Management), as well as provide support to the sales team and central departments in their area of responsibility, with the main functions being:

Prepare and coordinate weekly the content of tasks and informative pieces in the communication channel with stores (Task Management): new projects, new regulations, products, or distribution.
Guarantee the quality, clarity, and punctuality of the information sent to the sales organization.
Participate in the planning of weekly actions.
Participate in the preparation of implementation proposals for active campaigns – location proposals, date planning, coordination with platforms, and other central departments.
Act as a point of contact between the central departments and the sales organization to ensure the correct implementation of initiatives.
Resolve operational queries and provide support to platforms and stores regarding the projects and processes within their area of responsibility.
Carry out pilot tests and validations in-store before the implementation of large-scale projects.
Monitor tracking indicators and evaluate the degree of implementation and compliance of the projects.
Analyze operational impacts and propose improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and simplifying processes.
Ensure the development of the commercial process optimization strategy, in accordance with the guidelines of their manager.
Participate in international meetings within their area of responsibility, to ensure the implementation of the Company's standard definitions.
Lead the implementation of international projects within their area of responsibility at a national level.
