A passion for payroll and personnel administration, combined with a strong drive to support clients optimally. You also have:

• Knowledge of HR, particularly in payroll and social legislation.

• Knowledge of payroll processing in SAP is an asset.

• The ability to work independently and accurately.

• A results-oriented mindset.

• The flexibility to meet and respect client deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.

• A positive contribution to team spirit thanks to a healthy dose of humor and enthusiasm.

Within our BPO business unit, we deliver operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients.

Your responsibilities include

• Ensuring accurate personnel and payroll administration for your assigned client(s).

• Processing, calculating, and checking salaries for your client(s).

• Guiding and advising your client(s) on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.

• Building a trusted relationship with your client(s).

• Addressing employee inquiries about their files on behalf of their employer.

• Keeping your knowledge and experience up to date across the various areas of payroll and personnel administration.

• Continuously seeking improvements and optimizations to existing work processes.
