What we're looking for

You have a passion for payroll and personnel administration and enjoy providing optimal support to clients. Additionally:

You have initial experience in Belgian payroll OR payroll within an SAP environment.
You have a strong interest in HR, with a particular focus on payroll and social legislation.
You work autonomously, accurately, and in a structured manner.
You are results-driven and take ownership of your files.
You are flexible and do everything you can to meet the agreed deadlines for your clients.
You have strong communication skills and a good command of Dutch and English.
You are familiar with MS Office applications, such as Word and Excel.
You contribute to a positive team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair.

What you'll do

From our business unit SAP Solutions, we deliver operational and strategic outsourcing solutions to clients.

Your responsibilities include

Ensuring accurate payroll and personnel administration for your assigned client(s).
Monitoring, calculating, and checking salaries for your assigned client(s).
Guiding and advising clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
Building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.
Answering employee questions about their files on behalf of their employer.
Keeping your knowledge up to date across the various domains of payroll and personnel administration.
Actively seeking improvements and optimizations to existing work processes.
