TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS THAT ADD VALUE
Education
- University Degree or Higher Vocational Training in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or equivalent qualifications.
Technical skills
- Mixed profile with experience in Salesforce administration and development: knowledge of object-oriented programming, languages such as Java, C++, C#, Apex
- Knowledge of database modeling and languages: Oracle, MySQL, Mongo, SQL, SOQL
- Programming under the model/view/controller framework, for example Aura, Salesforce Lightning
- Programming and coding of HTML5, Javascript, CSS, mobile apps
- Knowledge of system integration technologies such as JSON, XML, Web Services, SOAP, Rest
- Knowledge of CRM products, especially Salesforce, and its different modules and Components (Sales Cloud, Vlocity, Service Cloud, Mulesoft, Marketing Cloud, Einstein Wave Analytics, etc.)
- Knowledge of programming, testing, and release tools: Eclipse, GIT, DEVOPS, Aura, Copado
- Knowledge related to CRM business processes in a telecommunications operator, especially in the Enterprise segment
- Salesforce Administrator certification and any of the following: Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, Javascript Developer
- High level of English
Computer skills
- BSS solutions, especially CRM (Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, Amdocs, Netcraker, Huawei, Oracle CRM, Siebel, Remedy On Demand, B2win, MMC)
- Microsoft Office Suite (including Project)

The role
Telefónica Global Technology (TGT) is a subsidiary of the Telefónica Group that provides Information Systems services, Development, Implementation, Evolution, Maintenance, Integration and Consulting services specialized in the field of SAP, Appian, Salesforce, BMC, Celonis and Workplace applications, among others. It manages Telefónica's Global Applications, providing support to all legal entities of the Telefónica Group, in addition to offering these same services to the external B2B market. The ultimate goal is to provide high-level consulting to our clients and generate a high impact with the projects we undertake.

You will have the opportunity to design and build configurations, testing, deployments, and rollouts for new projects or evolutions of systems developed by TGT.
