A company located in Bilbao is selecting an Administrative Assistant to perform general administrative tasks and document management in an international environment.

What you'll do

  • Management and updating of databases.
  • Invoicing, monitoring of collections and payments.
  • Resolution of administrative and customer issues.
  • Support in administrative tasks of the department.
  • Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Temporary contract through an ETT, with the possibility of joining the company.
  • Salary: €8.44 gross/hour.
  • Schedule from Monday to Friday:
  • Morning shift: from 07:00 to 14:30 h
  • Afternoon shift: from 14:30 to 21:30 h 

Requirements

  • Training in the administrative field (intermediate/higher vocational training/university studies...)
  • Minimum English level B2 certified
  • Knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word, email).
  • Availability for immediate start.
  • Residency in Bilbao or surrounding areas.
