In the ACCIONA Scholarship Program, you will be part of teams that involve you in projects from day one, guided by experts who will help you develop your skills and participate in the day-to-day of a global company.

The selected person will join the Disability department, providing support in the management of initiatives aimed at the labor integration of people with disabilities and the promotion of inclusive work environments.

Functions:

  • Support in identifying and managing needs related to diversity and inclusion within the organization.

  • Collaboration in coordinating suppliers and stakeholders involved in labor inclusion initiatives.

  • Support in the implementation and monitoring of departmental projects (integration programs, awareness campaigns, etc.).

  • Assistance in collecting, analyzing, and monitoring diversity-related indicators (reporting, internal metrics, regulatory compliance).

  • Participation in the preparation of documentation, presentations, and internal communication materials.

  • Collaboration in awareness and inclusion culture initiatives within the company.

  • Coordination and logistical support for employment events and forums related to diversity and inclusion.

  • Participation in internal meetings and follow-up on agreements and resulting actions.

  • Cross-functional support in tasks and projects within the Human Resources department, working autonomously and collaboratively with the department manager.

You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with exposure to various Human Resources areas, contributing to projects with social impact within the organization.

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Social Work, Education, or related fields.

  • Organizational skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Interest in the social sphere and in managing impact within the company.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Experience or knowledge in managing social projects or working with diverse groups will be valued.

How you'll work

  • Possibility of signing an Internship Agreement with the university, while being in the final year of their degree.

  • Availability to complete a 6-month scholarship, with the option of part-time or full-time.
