Reporting to the Territorial Director, your responsibilities will include, among others:

• Attention, Custody, Support and Development of the existing network of Brokers. Geographic scope: Andalusia.

• Primarily recruiting new Brokers (attracting, training, and mentoring them).

• Training Brokers. Managing portfolios and ensuring compliance with programs and commitments with Brokers.

• Promoting agreements and commitments with Brokers.

• Taking responsibility for developing and meeting budgetary targets.

• Generating Added Value.
