Build the operating engine of one of Spain's new consumer energy brands. At Goldenergy.es we are launching a new residential company within Axpo Iberia under a Corporate Entrepreneurship model. We are not looking for managers to maintain an existing business. We are looking for one of the founders to build it.

Backed by the financial, technological, and industrial strength of Axpo and by the experience of Goldenergy in Portugal, we want to create a new benchmark in the Spanish residential market based on three very simple principles: Service, Fair Price, and Trust.

As B2C Energy Product & Operations Lead, you will be the functional reference for the energy business and one of the founding team members of Goldenergy.es.

Your mission will be to design the operating model that makes an exceptional customer experience possible, converting the regulatory complexity of the Spanish electricity market into simple, robust, and highly automated processes. You will be the bridge between business, technology, regulation, and operations.

• Design the flows for contracting, switching, metering, billing, and operations.

• Define the functional requirements for technological developments.

• Translate electricity market regulation into simple processes for the customer.

• Coordinate with IT, Compliance, Data, Billing, and Axpo's corporate teams.

• Design scalable processes that allow for growth with quality and efficiency from the very first customer.

We are not looking for an operations manager. We are looking for an expert in the Spanish electricity market. Someone who deeply understands how marketing, switching, metering, billing, market communications, and regulation work, and who enjoys building solutions, not managing bureaucracy. You have likely developed your career in a retailer, a distributor, or a consultancy specialized in the energy sector.

Because rarely does the opportunity arise to build a retailer from day one.

You will be part of the founding team, you will participate in the strategic decisions of the business, and you will have the opportunity to design how a new residential company should function, supported by all of Axpo's industrial and operational capacity.

We are not looking for someone to maintain an operating model. We want the person to design it.
