About the role

Your mission will be to strengthen our relationships with the main operators to continue growing together. As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will play a key role in the activation and retention strategy for our strategic partners, driving initiatives that maximize their impact on our platform and marketplace. You will work with the team and other areas, generating and implementing value propositions for the Madrid and Barcelona regions.

In the Fleet Development team, we are looking for the ideal person to join as a Specialist. Within the structure in Spain, the Fleet team is directly responsible for negotiating and growing the supply that operates on the platform, through negotiating and closing new agreements, as well as the constant iteration of the value proposition to them that the market generates and their growth within it.

What we need from you:

  • Experience in Business Development and strategic alliance management (5+ years), with a focus on customer acquisition and retention.
  • Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills, with experience building trust-based relationships with key clients.
  • Analytical mindset: proven track record of using data to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Tech-savvy approach: a clear vision of how technology can improve operators' performance and efficiency.
  • Solid financial knowledge and KPI management, with experience building operational dashboards.
  • Experience with CRMs such as Salesforce, Zendesk Sell, or similar.
