What we're looking for

Education

University or higher education degree in Marketing, Commerce, Commercial Management or similar disciplines.
Proficiency in office tools, especially Excel, and experience using CRM.

Experience

Previous experience in Trade Marketing positions, point-of-sale marketing or commercial management.
Experience in account management, supplier coordination and execution of promotional actions at the point of sale.

The role

At Cafento we are looking to hire a Trade Marketing Technician to manage and energize our presence in the area of the Valencian Community, Catalonia and Albacete.

Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, your mission will be to ensure the correct positioning, presentation and visibility of Cafento products at our customers' points of sale, contributing to improving their experience and boosting business opportunities.

You will be a key figure in the connection between our customers, the sales force and the Marketing department, bringing the company's strategy to the point of sale.

What you'll do

Brand image and positioning: Ensure the correct image of Cafento in the assigned area, guaranteeing adequate presence and visibility of our products in the establishments.
Project development: Drive and execute the Trade Marketing projects and initiatives defined by the Trade Marketing Manager within the assigned geographic area.
Customer advisory: Advise customers on best practices for presenting, preparing and serving our products, helping to improve the profitability of their businesses.
Customer orientation: Assess customer satisfaction, identify their needs and detect opportunities for improvement.
Events and trade fairs: Energize and coordinate Cafento's participation in industry trade fairs, events and other promotional activities.
Supplier management: Coordinate suppliers of signage, menus, furniture and other elements needed for the theming and fitting-out of establishments.
Collaboration with the sales team: Accompany the sales force on regular customer visits, supervising the correct presentation and visibility of products, identifying areas for improvement and proposing actions.
Commercial management and follow-up: Follow up with customers through the CRM, identifying new needs and opportunities to boost sales of Cafento products.
