About the role

We are looking for an Operations Director with solid experience in large-scale central kitchens, foodservice, and complex food operations, to lead a strategic transformation within a leading company in the Canary Islands.

The position will play a key role in the reactivation and optimization of the collective catering area, as well as in the professionalization and scalability of the entire production operation.

This is a highly cross-functional position, with a 360º view of production, operations, maintenance, quality, efficiency, and business.
