What we're looking for

We are looking for a professional with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial positions, with business development skills and autonomy in managing their own schedule.

Ideally with experience in the fuel sector, fuel cards, tolls, tax recovery; or with experience in the automotive sector, fleet management, or transport.

A clearly commercial and results-oriented profile. Accustomed to working methodically and meeting KPIs.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

The role

We are looking for a KAM profile with business development skills for an important services company for the transport sector in the Northern Zone, preferably based in the Vitoria, Burgos, or Pamplona area.
You will work in direct collaboration with a back office that will support the sending of proposals, preparation of reports, organization of routes, and contact with clients.

What you'll do

Your duties will include:

- Business development in the assigned area

- Acquisition of new accounts (hunter focus)

- Continuous in-person visits

- Contract negotiation

- Market analysis and identification of new opportunities

- Client portfolio retention and follow-up

- Building long-term commercial relationships

- Identifying client needs and ensuring satisfaction

- Continuous reporting to commercial management and meeting KPIs

- CRM usage
