The role

Proactively generating business, developing strategic relationships, and positioning Aquaqua as a benchmark partner in interior design and premium furnishing projects from their early stages.

What you'll do

Identifying and actively capturing new opportunities in the luxury segment.
Developing and managing a network of contacts: architecture studios, developers, hotels, and real estate firms.
Generating and maintaining a consistent sales pipeline.
Positioning Aquaqua as a strategic partner in the initial phases of projects.
Activating the showroom as a space for meetings, relationship building, and closing deals.
Following up on and fostering loyalty among strategic clients.
Representing the brand at events, trade shows, and networking environments.
Coordinating with internal teams to develop value propositions.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development within the luxury segment.
Clearly a "Hunter" profile, with proven ability to attract and generate business.
Experience in interior design, architecture, design, or premium furnishing.
An active network of contacts in the sector (architects, developers, hotels, etc.).
High aesthetic sensitivity and understanding of the language of design.
Advanced level of English / German is a plus.
Self-sufficient, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset.
