Requirements

What we're looking for

Clear customer orientation and high communication skills (oral and written)
Minimum education: ESO or Bachillerato
Intermediate proficiency in office tools and keyboard agility
Availability to work Monday to Saturday and local holidays
Bilingual Catalan / Spanish

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Working hours: 30 hours per week
Fixed schedule: from 09:00 to 15:00 or from 12:00 to 18:00 h, Monday to Saturday
6-day hybrid training from 9:00 to 15:00 h
Contract type: initial 3-month contract
Salary according to collective agreement + Language bonus

The role

Do you like helping people, resolving incidents, and working in a dynamic environment? At Grupo Crit, we are looking for 360º Customer Service Agents to join a project within the mobility and electronic toll collection sector.

What you'll do

Customer service via telephone calls and email
Comprehensive management of inquiries regarding: Device activations and deactivations, product incidents and billing, and claims and case follow-up
Order and shipment management
Information and advice regarding contractual conditions
Processing of cancellations and application of retention techniques
Front-office and back-office administrative management
