A position that provides quality service to customers with boiler maintenance contracts, with the objective of preventing cancellations, retaining customers, and resolving technical doubts. You must provide quality and excellence in service during every call.

38.5-hour weekly contract, working Monday to Friday
Schedules: 10:30h to 18h or from 13h to 20h.

3-month contract with the possibility of extending for another 3 months.
Unpaid 5-day training from 9:30 to 14:30h from 26/10 to 30/10.
