What you'll do
The duties of a cook include: preparing, seasoning, and presenting dishes using the most suitable techniques. Collaborating on orders and the preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen. Preparing, cooking, and presenting culinary products. Collaborating on the setup, service, and dismantling of buffets. Collaborating on the planning of menus and menus. Collaborating on cost management and inventories. Controlling and ensuring the preservation and proper use of the products placed at their disposal.
Meeting the standards established in the kitchen. And for first-class chef: the same duties as a cook, plus: performing qualified functions of control and supervision of the service assigned to them.
