We are looking for a Product Owner with 2–4 years of experience who wants to work in a new way: with AI integrated into everything they do and with a development team that no longer functions as it did a few years ago. Our team works with a single workflow: developers design, supervise, and validate software alongside AI tools, like Software Engineers / Architects. Every task goes through specification, code, and QA before reaching production.

In this model, the Product Owner has a broader role than the classic one. Your specifications are what the team and the AI use directly to build. You decide what enters the queue and in what order, and you validate that what comes out of it solves the problem. Additionally, you prototype and automate yourself when that is faster than opening a task.

You will work at Nivimu, within Septeo, one of Europe's leading vertical software publishers. Here, artificial intelligence is at the center of how we build product, with a clear ambition: make intelligent software for Europe.

What you will do

• Define the product: understand Nivimu's customers and users, detect real problems in HR management, and convert them into product opportunities with measurable objectives.
• Write specifications that the AI and the team can execute: draft clear, complete, and verifiable specs (context, business rules, acceptance criteria, edge cases), following a spec-driven development approach. A good spec is the starting point of the specification → code → QA cycle.
• Manage the work queue: prioritize the team's single task queue based on impact, urgency, and effort, and keep it organized and understandable for everyone.
• Validate what is delivered: perform functional acceptance in QA, check that the result meets the spec, and decide if it is ready for production or returns to the cycle.
• Prototype and automate with AI: build prototypes, mockups, and small automations with AI, low-code, or no-code to validate ideas before bringing them to development and to save repetitive work, both for the team and for yourself.
• Work with AI on a daily basis: use it to analyze feedback, research, draft and review specifications, generate test cases, and document, with the judgment to review what it produces before accepting it.
• Communicate in all directions: act as a bridge between business, customers, and the team's Architects, explaining the why behind each priority and gathering what the team learns in each iteration.
• Measure impact: define success metrics, track product usage, and decide with data what to improve, what to keep, and what to remove.

Here, growth does not depend on seniority, but on the skills you demonstrate. You will have clear objectives from day one and will assume more autonomy and responsibility as you achieve them.

1. First months: you get to know the product, the customers, and the team's workflow. You write specs that pass the specification, code, and QA cycle with few iterations, and you manage the queue with the support of your manager.
2. Expanding skills: you take entire product areas end-to-end, prototype and automate with AI to validate ideas before developing them, and define the metrics for your features.
3. With more responsibility: you participate in the product strategy and roadmap, improve how the team specifies and prioritizes, and become a reference for how to work on product with AI.

You will have regular follow-ups with your manager, skill objectives defined from day one, and training in working with AI and automation.
