Market Innovator, CRM & European Scale-up

We are looking for an analytical and proactive professional to join

our team as Market Innovator. Working alongside our Business

Developers (Corporate, and Residential & SME), you will build the

shared CRM that turns every commercial contact into a rated

opportunity and shows how the company is performing. You will also

help us access European resources to grow and scale up. Set up and maintain a shared CRM and pipeline for the whole commercial

team, updated with all contacts and leads from the sales network.

Profile clients and prospects and apply a rating system to prioritise

opportunities.

Use CRM data to define KPIs and produce dashboards on company

performance, identifying trends and actions to improve results.

Extend the CRM to our European activities, tracking partners, funders

and programmes.

Explore and propose European funding programmes, calls and

partnerships (EIC, EIT and others), and support project proposals and

applications.

Report on funding secured and impact (energy savings, emissions

reduced, social benefit).

Complementarity with the Business Developers

Business Developers manage clients, proposals and sales; the Market

Innovator structures data, rates opportunities, measures results and

prepares European opportunities.

One shared CRM and pipeline, with regular alignment on priorities and

joint work on European projects.

Degree in Engineering, Energy, Business, Economics, Environmental

Sciences or a related field.

Familiarity with CRM tools and performance reporting (KPIs,

dashboards); advanced Excel, Python or data visualisation is a plus.

Interest in European funding programmes and innovation ecosystems.

Strong analytical, organisation and writing skills.

Fluent English and Spanish; Italian is a plus.

Proactive mindset and commitment to sustainability.

6-month internship, fully remote, with regular online check-ins with the team.
