Requirements
What we're looking for
- Education: Degree in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Qualification as a higher technician in occupational risk prevention
- Experience in occupational health and safety (OHS) management systems - ISO45001; environment - ISO14001. Knowledge and experience in energy efficiency management systems - ISO50001 is valued.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of other languages is valued.
- Experience (years/area): 5-10 years in similar positions or managing EHS&S areas
- Specific knowledge: Knowledge of chemical manufacturing processes and risks and the pharmaceutical industry. Classification of explosive atmospheres, chemical risks, substance toxicity and containment strategies, ergonomic risks and emergency management.
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools
Fluent use of IT tools
- Soft skills: Proactivity, leadership, good organizational capacity, autonomy and communication, teamwork, results orientation, analytical capacity, responsibility and commitment.
- Travel: Availability to travel to other group plants within the national territory with weekly frequency and outside the national territory on an occasional basis.

What you'll do
Support HSE&S activities across all InsudPharma businesses, identifying and promoting transversal projects.
- Definition of corporate standards and procedures
- Analysis of KPIs and preparation of specific reports and statements
- Standardization and homogenization of EHS&S practices and work dynamics
- Identification of EHS&S improvement projects
- Identification and promotion of best practices
- Integration of Operational Excellence tools into EHS&S operations
- Risk assessments and event analysis
- Support in the coordination of prevention services
- Monitoring of action plans
- EHS&S technical training
- Auditing and support in the development of OHS and Environmental management systems (e.g., ISO45001/ISO14001)
- Evaluation of compliance with legal requirements and support to achieve legal conformity
