Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Higher Vocational Training in industry or Engineering (mechanical or similar).
  • 5 years or more in technical service, after-sales, commissioning, or maintenance of industrial machinery.
  • High level of English, spoken and written.
  • Availability and desire to travel; short/medium duration trips

The role

Do you like technology, but also customer relations and traveling? This is for you!

We are looking for, for a Basque industrial company with facilities all over the world, an Aftersales Manager: the person who accompanies customers from the moment their machine is commissioned and ensures that it works like day one.

This is not a position for repairing breakdowns. You will manage your own international installations: you plan, train the customer's teams, travel to the installation, and act as their technical point of reference.

What you'll do

  • Commissioning new installations and following up on existing ones.
  • Training the customer's technicians, both in person and online.
  • Planning visits and interventions
  • Being the customer's interlocutor: meetings, incidents, and follow-up.
