Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Maintenance, or similar.
More than 5 years of experience in aftersales management within the automotive sector in Europe.
Experience in the creation and management of service networks, provider coordination, and team leadership.
Knowledge of warranty processes, repairs, and European aftersales regulations.
Fluent English; other European languages will be valued.
Availability to travel throughout Europe.

Nice to have

We value experience in electric vehicles and knowledge of batteries, motors, and electronic systems.

At Grupo IMAN, we are looking for an Aftersales Manager to develop and coordinate the electric vehicle technical service network in Europe, guaranteeing repair quality, customer satisfaction, and compliance with current regulations.

What you'll do

Design and implement aftersales service procedures and standards in Europe.
Develop and manage a network of workshops, repair centers, and service providers.
Supervise maintenance, diagnostics, warranties, and complaint resolution operations.
Lead and train the aftersales team, improving their technical and customer service skills.
Coordinate with technical support and spare parts teams to ensure efficient repairs.
Analyze service indicators, customer satisfaction, warranties, and costs to optimize processes.
Guarantee compliance with European automotive regulations, warranties, and consumer rights.
