About the role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a leading company in the food retail sector in the province of Girona, which is currently seeking an HR Manager (or Senior HR Business Partner) to lead people management on a day-to-day basis and support the organization's growth.

What you'll do

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the HR area in a multi-site structure (stores), ensuring proper operational functioning.
  • Providing direct support to store managers and middle managers in team management (conflicts, performance, organization, etc.)
  • Supervising and coordinating key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor regulations and the correct application of internal policies.
  • Monitoring people metrics (absenteeism, turnover, climate, etc.) and proposing improvement actions.
  • Participating in improvement and professionalization projects for the HR area (processes, tools, systems).
  • Acting as a liaison between Management and operations, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Supporting the organization's growth through proximity and knowledge of the field.
