Consultant South Zone in Sevilla

We are looking for a Consultant to join the South Zone team at Michael Page, a leading multinational consulting firm in its market. The mission of the role will be to combine business development with managing recruitment processes for qualified profiles, giving you the opportunity to work with top-tier companies and become an expert in your niche to offer solutions to talent needs within organizations.

Reporting to the division Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing selection processes for qualified profiles: sourcing, recruiting, and closing deals.
• Collaborating with clients to identify needs and propose suitable solutions, as an expert consultant.
• Analyzing data and generating detailed reports.
• Prospecting companies and building contacts to grow your client portfolio in the Southern region.
• Acting as the point of contact between your clients and candidates to create synergies.
• Participating in follow-up meetings with clients to assess project progress.
• Proposing improvements to internal and external processes related to managed projects.
• Ensuring deadlines and established objectives are met, to guarantee the achievement of set goals.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• University degree in areas related to administration, economics, or engineering.
• Business orientation and interest in the HR area.
• Technical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a results-driven approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to travel within the South Zone.
