We are looking for a Data Center Support Service Coordinator to lead and supervise the 24x7 operation of a critical technological environment, guaranteeing the availability of infrastructures, applications, and business processes. You will be responsible for coordinating operational activity, managing high-priority incidents, and supervising corporate batch processes.

• Coordinate the daily operation of the Data Center in a 24x7 environment.
• Supervise the monitoring of critical infrastructures, applications, and services.
• Manage and prioritize operational incidents, ensuring their correct resolution or escalation.
• Coordinate the monitoring of batch processes using Control-M.
• Validate operational procedures, exploitation instructions, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate production deployment activities and planned changes.
• Supervise the correct execution of backup and recovery processes.
• Guarantee compliance with the physical security procedures of the Data Center.
• Coordinate communication with Systems, Middleware, Applications, Networks, and Security teams.
• Analyze recurring incidents and drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Prepare service reports and operational indicators.
