Human Resources Director (Construction)

Reporting directly to the General Management and forming part of the Steering Committee, you will be responsible for defining and implementing Human Resources policies, ensuring their alignment with business objectives and supporting the organization through its growth challenges.

• Previous experience in the construction sector.
• Company currently in a growth phase.

• Design and implement the global Human Resources strategy aligned with the company's objectives.
• Act as a strategic business partner, advising Management on matters of organization, talent, and people development.
• Lead initiatives for cultural transformation, engagement, and change management.
• Define and supervise policies for recruitment, development, performance evaluation, training, compensation, and benefits.
• Drive the attraction, retention, and development of the organization's key talent.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safeguard solid labor relations aligned with the business strategy.
• Develop management indicators and dashboards that allow for proper decision-making.
• Lead and develop the team under their responsibility.
• Promote a culture based on continuous improvement, operational excellence, and team commitment.
