The role

The Commercial Director position requires experience in the electrical sector, specifically leading the distribution network both nationally and internationally. The role will be responsible for implementing commercial strategies and managing key relationships with distributors.

Define and execute the commercial strategy of the sales department both nationally and internationally in line with company objectives.
Manage and supervise the commercial team, ensuring the achievement of established goals.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within the world of electronic component distribution for measurement in power plants.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
Analyze the market and competition to adjust and optimize commercial strategies.
Prepare periodic reports on team performance and commercial results.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
Participate in high-level negotiations with strategic clients and suppliers.
