The role

We are looking for a profile with extensive experience in human resources for an important company located in the northern area of Madrid. The profile will be key in the human resources area, ensuring the fulfillment of the department's objectives.

What you'll do

Coordinate and manage personnel selection and hiring processes.
Supervise personnel administration and payroll management.
Implement development and training strategies for employees.
Guarantee compliance with current labor regulations.
Manage the relationship with employee representatives.
Prepare reports and statements related to human resources management.
Collaborate in the definition of internal company policies.
Offer support in the management of the work environment and conflict resolution.
Internal audits
Guarantee compliance with processes
Monitoring of human resources objectives and policies
Personnel Selection.
Employee development through the definition and fulfillment of qualification
requirements.
Environment, Safety and Health (OSH)

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Labor Relations or similar.
Updated knowledge of labor legislation.
Previous experience in the sector will be positively valued.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Very high English (indispensable requirement)
Experience with the SAP ERP is valuable
Proficiency in IT tools related to human resources management.
Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
