The role

We are looking for an IT Specialist for an end-client company in the northern area of Madrid.

Junior IT Specialist
End-client company Pharma Sector

What you'll do

Help users with day-to-day IT incidents and queries.
Prepare and configure computers, mobile phones, peripherals, and applications.
Help in the management of users, access, permissions, and licenses.
Provide basic support for Microsoft 365 and corporate tools.
Collaborate in the maintenance of the company's systems and devices.
Participate progressively in IT, automation, cybersecurity, and process improvement projects.
