About the role

We are looking for an HR Manager with advanced English to join a solid and growing company in the industrial sector, with national and international presence and workplace in A Coruña. In an on-site format, reporting to General Management and without direct reports, the role will be highly focused on the attraction, selection, onboarding and management of technical and industrial talent.

  • Position mainly focused on talent attraction and selection
  • Location: A Coruña area, on-site format

What you'll do

Reporting directly to General Management, the successful candidate will join as HR Manager of the company, with a strong focus on talent attraction, selection and people management, these being the main responsibilities.

This position is considered a long-term commitment, offering the successful candidate the possibility to grow and progressively take on greater responsibilities within the HR area as the organization expands and the person becomes fully integrated into the project.

We are looking for a person who shares the values that define the organization: strong work capacity and commitment, closeness to the business and results orientation, thriving in a demanding, dynamic and highly involved environment. This is an individual contributor position, with no direct reports, and, as mentioned, with a strong focus on talent selection, attraction and development, as well as close alignment with operations and business needs.

Main responsibilities include:

Talent Selection and Attraction

  • Comprehensively managing the company's recruitment processes.
  • Recruiting technical, industrial and corporate profiles: engineers, project managers, maintenance staff, electromechanical technicians, welders, pipefitters, site personnel and structural positions.
  • Conducting direct sourcing, proactively expanding the channels used to find potential candidates, interviews and candidate evaluation.
  • Coordinating with the heads of the different departments to identify needs and ensure efficient coverage of vacancies, as well as with suppliers.
  • Managing a high volume of simultaneous recruitment processes.

Talent Management and Development

  • Coordinating and evolving onboarding and induction programs.
  • Promoting initiatives to attract and develop interns and junior talent.
  • Contributing to the identification and development of internal talent.
  • Participating in training actions and follow-up of new hires.

HR Projects

  • Proposing initiatives to improve and professionalize people management processes.
  • Contributing to digitalization and optimization projects for HR tools.
  • Acting as an internal liaison on selection and talent matters for the different departments.
