Operations Director

• University degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration and Management, or related fields.
• Minimum experience of between 3 and 5 years in responsibility positions within the Operations or Hotel Management area.
• Advanced level of English is valued.

At Mur&Partners, we are offering a position as Operations Director for a Spanish hotel chain specializing in the management of vacation hotels and tourist apartments.

The mission of this position will be to lead the comprehensive management of the company's operations, ensuring operational excellence, the sustainability of results, and team development, through the definition and implementation of strategies that allow for the maximization of productivity, service quality, and business profitability.

• Guarantee the correct implementation and compliance of operating procedures and corporate standards across all establishments in the chain, ensuring homogeneity in management and service quality.
• Supervise and control the expense budget of the establishments, guaranteeing efficient resource management and the fulfillment of defined economic objectives.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in operating processes, proposing modifications, optimizations, or the implementation of new procedures that contribute to increasing efficiency and operational excellence.
• Supervise and drive the reputation of the establishments, promoting actions oriented toward the continuous improvement of the customer experience, service quality, and satisfaction indicators.
• Drive the optimization of operating costs, with a special focus on the Human Resources and Food & Beverage areas, guaranteeing the balance between profitability, service quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate closely with the Human Resources department in the definition and implementation of training, development, loyalty, and talent retention plans, promoting the professional growth of the teams and a high-performance culture.
• Execute the policies and strategies defined by General Management regarding expansion.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards, supervising aspects related to inspections, food safety, risk prevention, licenses, and other regulatory requirements mandatory for hotel activity.
• Guarantee the fulfillment of the economic and profitability objectives established for each of the establishments in the chain, defining and implementing the necessary actions for their achievement.
