YOU WILL BE A KEY PIECE OF THE TEAM! Your duties will be:
Energize and engage the team by leading by example, setting priorities, ensuring organization, coordinating sales floor staff availability, completing daily tasks, and always looking after Safety (PPE, handling hazardous materials, dangerous goods...).
Ensure proper customer service by driving sales based on their needs to guarantee their satisfaction.
Know and communicate the sales plan for each product family.
Oversee the maintenance of the department you are responsible for, ensuring and coordinating merchandise replenishment, stock reliability through inventories, and proper management.
Minimum of 1 year of experience energizing and coordinating teams on the sales floor.
Experience in Big Box Retail and/or Retail.
We especially value if you have higher technical education or training related to commerce (vocational training, degree, or university qualification).
