The role

Are you looking for a stable position within the labor area? We are counting on you!

What you'll do

Execute administrative tasks derived from labor management of the employees, ensuring the accuracy of the data and the compliance with internal procedures:

Process registrations, terminations, and variations in Social Security

(Siltra/Sistema RED).

Prepare contracts, extensions, and company certificates.
Prepare basic agreements (changes of centers, changes of positions, etc...)
Update physical and digital personnel files.
Attend to basic inquiries from employees and managers.
Management of AT (Delt@), IT, births, and leaves.
REPPS, SERPA
Support payroll closing with updated information.
Support for queries regarding the Flexible Benefits Package.
