Training Technician

Are you passionate about training management and dealing with clients and participants? At Randstad LPO, we are looking for a Learning Specialist to join a project in the banking sector in SEVILLA on a temporary basis, with possibilities of permanent employment.

What will you do on a day-to-day basis?

Manage and coordinate training actions.

Provide support and guidance to participants throughout the entire training process.

Maintain fluid communication and dialogue with the client.

Perform administrative monitoring of training sessions and prepare reports using advanced Excel.

Collaborate closely with the team to ensure the correct development of the training.

• Prepares and participates in project reviews with clients and management, communicates relevant project information to superiors, and escalates potential risks within the specialization.
• Ensures that all projects comply with company standards, policies, and procedures and adheres to service level agreements (SLA).
• Performs data analysis and prepares reports to facilitate various staffing reviews and forecasts, including project utilization, resources, optimization, and project/resource review within the specialization.
• Collaborates with the program director to identify all program requirements and expectations for comprehensive enterprise talent solutions.
• Provides regular updates on direct hiring activity, including the number of positions filled, cost savings, and new initiatives to attract candidates within the specialization.

Previous experience in training management or coordination.

LMS management.

Advanced Excel.

Communication skills, customer orientation, empathy, assertiveness, and ability to work in a team.

Organization and attention to detail.
