About the role

You will be part of the team responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our SaaS HR and payroll solution, providing technical support to both clients and internal teams.

What you'll do

  • Resolve technical issues related to the installation, connectivity, and operation of the platform.

  • Analyze and solve problems related to systems, databases, communications, and infrastructures.

  • Carry out technical interventions in client environments. Participate in continuous improvement and process automation projects.

  • Collaborate with different teams to ensure an excellent service experience.

  • Investigate, diagnose, and propose solutions proactively.

What we're looking for

  • Studies in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.

  • Experience or knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.

  • Knowledge of programming or scripting (Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, Perl, C, or other similar languages).

  • Experience working with SQL databases.

  • Interest in developing your career in a client-focused technological environment.

  • Analytical skills, problem-solving orientation, and a willingness to keep learning.
