Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• • Definition and execution of test plans in the laboratory.
  • Planning and monitoring of tests on the mock-up according to the project schedule.
  • Tasks related to initial deployments in production (FOA).
  • Technical support for incidents at the plant.
  • Preparation of technical validation documentation on the mock-up (Configuration documents, installation and operation, Test Plans, Results Reports, FOA Test Plans, etc...)
  • Complete execution of FOAs (obtaining impacted assets, creating TAS tasks with their corresponding technical OK request, creating CRQs, coordinating the work)
  • Periodic updating of documentation on equipment configurations, the different protected domains, impacted assets, and contacts of those responsible.
  • Opening and tracking cases with the manufacturer, including obtaining requested data and participating in multi-conference calls. Study of the impact of critical vulnerabilities.
  • Complete management of the manufacturer's console as well as the heavy or agentless agent (configurations, policy impacts, log reading, browser policies..)
  • Complete execution of FOAs (obtaining impacted assets, creating TAS tasks with their corresponding technical OK request, creating CRQs, coordinating the work)
  • Periodic updating of documentation on console configurations, agent configurations, impacted OBs, and contacts of those responsible.
  • Maintenance of intermediate machines (Linux OS management as well as its hardening).
  • Management of N3 incidents.
  • Opening and tracking cases with the manufacturer, including obtaining requested data and participating in multi-conference calls.
  • Integration of new applications (requesting communication flows, testing, and error resolution).
