  • Truly authentic, decisive, and proactive—the kind who acts before being asked.

  • Eager to work in a pack, because you know you only go far if you go together with the team.

  • With analytical capacity: numbers don't scare you, they speak to you.

  • With real creative hunger, beyond just executing what others think.

  • Agile under pressure, without losing judgment or a cool head.

  • Junior profile, with a good attitude and hunger for the jungle.

If you recognize yourself in this list... welcome to the pack.

The role

Hey Rockstar!

We are looking for our next Social Ads Specialist for Atlas—someone who doesn't separate data from creativity, because they know they go hand in hand. An analytical eye to detect what is working, the instinct to turn it into the next piece, and the drive to make every campaign better than the last.

If a number tells you as much as a good idea, and you are one of those problem-solvers who doesn't wait to be asked... welcome to the pack.

What you'll do

You will be the bridge between daily reporting, tactical campaign optimization, and creative production alongside Brand. You will closely monitor how campaigns are performing, detect deviations before they become a problem, adjust whatever needs adjusting, and help ensure new creatives are released on time.

Here you will learn by doing, not by observing.

📊 Reporting - Being the eyes of the pack in the day-to-day of the campaigns.
You will review the metrics of active campaigns on Meta, TikTok, and Google daily (spend, CPL, CAC, CTR). You will update dashboards and tracking reports. You will quickly detect any deviation and escalate it to the Paid lead.

⚙️ Campaign optimization - Moving from "I see a problem" to "I solve it."
You will make tactical adjustments to ongoing campaigns: pausing or scaling ads based on performance, rotating fatigued creatives, and reviewing segmentations and bids. You will apply what you learned in daily reporting to keep the CAC within target.

🎨 Collaboration with Brand
You will actively participate in the weekly creative sprint: you will communicate to Brand which formats or angles Paid needs based on what is working. You will support the design of pieces (static and video) and the writing of scripts and copy. You will help prepare creatives for their launch on each platform.

30/60/90 days

  • You integrate into the daily Paid operations.

  • You report on campaigns autonomously.

  • You deliver and activate your first creative piece in a campaign.

👉 Objective: to demonstrate that you master key metrics, know the platforms, and provide value from the start, even with supervision.

  • You manage reporting and tactical optimization without depending on others.

  • You are proactive in the creative sprint.

  • You only need supervision for higher-impact decisions.

👉 Objective: so that you stop needing to be told what to do every day.

  • You become a consolidated member of the team.

  • You make campaign optimization decisions without direct supervision.

👉 Objective: to be a reliable piece of the Paid system.

In their own words

About the company & team

Everyone tells the pretty startup story. Ours is not that.

We are Ucademy: we started in 2022, when Ramiro and Pablo returned from Bali with an idea and not a single euro of external investment. One year came of growing too fast, another of pure endurance—and in 2025, real growth kicked off, at 200% year-on-year. Today, in 2026, having completed five years and with the house in order, we are a pack that is truly going all in.

Within that pack is Atlas, our online academy for Selectividad, PCE, and Acceso +25, with 97% of students getting into their first-choice degree. And behind that figure are campaigns that work every single day—we are looking for someone who does not separate data from creativity: capable of converting metrics into decisions and campaign needs into creative pieces.
