Are you passionate about the insurance sector and want to drive its digital transformation? At Accenture, we are looking for a professional with 4 years of experience to join our Consulting team and lead projects that optimize processes, improve the customer experience, and accelerate technology adoption.

What you'll do

Execute digital transformation initiatives aligned with the insurance business strategy.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (IT, product, operations, commercial) to implement innovative solutions.
Manage projects using agile and traditional methodologies, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and objectives.
Participate in the definition and implementation of technology developments focused on operational efficiency and customer experience.
Lead digital transformation projects in insurance companies (life, health, general, or auto).
Analyze operational processes and propose improvements through technology solutions.
Ensure the proper adoption of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional ones (PMI, Prince2).
Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

How you'll work

The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona under a hybrid work model, working some days from home and others in the office where you will be able to create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
