About the role

As a Business Development Representative at Amenitiz, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from first contact to closing the deal. This is not a role about "scheduling meetings". You will prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close deals, owning your pipeline and your contribution to revenue from start to finish.

Our clients are independent hoteliers across Europe: family-run establishments, boutique hotels, and small chains that technology designed for large corporations fails to serve. With over 15,000 clients and a 4.8/5 satisfaction rating, the product has solid market validation. You will sell a solution that delivers measurable impact - and you will own the entire process to make it happen.

What you'll do

  • Prospecting and pipeline generation: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and chat. Maintain a high activity level and build a pipeline from scratch. You are the owner of your own funnel.

  • Discovery and qualification: Understand each prospect's current situation, their challenges, and operational needs. Quickly identify the fit, prioritize opportunities, and position Amenitiz in a way that is relevant to each specific business.

  • Product demos: Conduct structured and personalized demonstrations that connect the product's features to the prospect's real business problems. Facilitate the client's decision-making process.

  • Objection handling and closing: Navigate doubts, competitor comparisons, and timing objections with confidence. Create urgency when it is justified. Close the deal.

  • Pipeline management: Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date. Make reliable forecasts and ensure no follow-up is left pending.

  • Collaboration: Work with Sales leadership and your teammates to continuously refine your approach. Share market feedback, objection patterns, and competitive insights to help the team improve.

What we're looking for

  • Between 2 and 4 years of experience in full-cycle B2B sales - prospecting, demos, and closing

  • Native Spanish speaker with a good level of English (written and spoken)

  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and results-oriented

  • You take full ownership of your pipeline and results, not just activity metrics

  • Structured approach to pipeline management - you make accurate forecasts and follow up consistently

  • Resilient and persistent in a high-volume environment, and goal-oriented

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS or B2B technology is highly valued

  • Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools is valued

What you'll get

  • Competitive salary + uncapped commission based on performance

  • Stock options with a progressive vesting schedule

  • Comprehensive health insurance

  • Access to salary on demand - no need to wait until the end of the month

  • A structured career plan with defined criteria at each level

  • Flexible benefits - discounts on food, transport, training, and more

  • Any book, bought for you, plus access to a shared team library

  • An international team with over 35 nationalities, located in one of Europe's leading tech hubs
