We provide support in a wide range of areas such as Firmware, Software, BI, Design, Project Management and many more. Additionally, we develop custom technological solutions from our BETWEEN Labs.

We are looking for a Sales Support Engineer to expand one of our teams in the energy sector (nuclear).

What you'll do

Preparation of offers for EMEA and LATAM customers.
Develop and manage commercial offers and customer orders for standard parts and products using Pega and SAP systems.
Manage offer response times by coordinating with the various departments of the company.
Provide support to customers by meeting committed dates.
Understand customer expectations to ensure the department's responsiveness and customer satisfaction.
Review and act upon weekly operational reports to achieve established performance indicators.
Collaborate with external sales managers to implement strategic programs and identify growth opportunities based on customer interactions, product knowledge, and sales history.
Review customer specifications, identify technical and commercial aspects, and prepare pricing proposals.
Resolve issues related to delivered supplies and provide support in invoice resolution.
Prepare special reports with observations, trends, customer satisfaction levels, and recommendations for management.

How you'll work

Hybrid modality, up to 50% teleworking.

You will have flexible hours between 7:30h and 9:00h. Intensive working day for three months.
