What you'll do
Main responsibilities:
- Lead the management and evolution of the chain's product offering and menus.
- Analyze consumer, catering, and competition trends, identifying opportunities to incorporate new proposals.
- Manage the incorporation, modification, and withdrawal of products, ensuring a coherent and homogeneous offering.
- Improve the customer experience linked to the product, presentation, display, and organization of the offering.
