At Moeve, we transform energy and mobility to improve the world together, and we need all the talent to make it a reality. This is your opportunity!

Join a strategic project in the field of advanced biofuels. We offer you the opportunity to join a strategic Joint Venture between Moeve and Bio-Oils, dedicated to the manufacturing and marketing of advanced biofuels at its two current plants. This alliance is leading the energy transition in southern Europe, and will soon integrate the largest production plant for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel from second-generation (2G) raw materials, which will be located in Palos de la Frontera (Huelva). In a rapidly expanding environment, you will be able to actively contribute to the decarbonization plan of the energy sector, with an impactful industrial, technological, and environmental focus.

What will your role be?

Reporting to the Operational Projects position, you will ensure the correct execution of logistics and commercial operations for the purchase, transport, storage, and sale of oils, glycerins, products, and by-products for biofuel production.

Complete contracts and charter party agreements, as well as quality, sustainability, safety, and current regulatory standards, optimizing the supply chain and the flow of information with all internal and external agents. Contribute to maximizing the value of the Joint Venture's operations and minimizing operational, economic, and reputational risks.

Why is this the perfect role for you?

  • Manage external storage (oil/glycerin): stock control, quality/quantity certificates, temperature control, appointment of surveyors and agents.

  • Coordinate tanker logistics and dispatch: nomination, invoicing, deliveries, and documentation.

  • Manage the purchase and receipt of products and by-products on vessels/tankers: review of contractual documentation, sustainability, invoices, purchase contracts.

  • Correctly apply the terms of charter party agreements (Time Charter, Shellvoy, Asbatankvoy, etc.) and purchase and sale contracts, taking into account the particularities of vessels, terminals, products, and loading/discharging conditions.

  • Participate in the execution and invoicing of the JV's domestic and international purchases and sales.

  • Organize the logistics of purchase/sale agreements: vetting, freight, demurrage management, quantity and quality inspections.

  • Establish effective and proactive communication with brokers, shipowners, agents, authorities, banks, customs, terminals, and internal teams (MOEVE and APICAL).

  • Keep operation information up to date in the company's systems.

  • Identify deviations in purchase/sale operations and ensure contractual compliance.
