Manage external storage (oil/glycerin): stock control, quality/quantity certificates, temperature control, appointment of surveyors and agents.
Coordinate the logistics and dispatch of tankers: nomination, invoicing, deliveries, and documentation.
Manage the purchase and reception of products and by-products in ships/tankers: review of contractual documentation, sustainability, invoices, purchase contracts.
Correctly apply the terms of chartering policies (Time Charter, Shellvoy, Asbatankvoy, etc.) and purchase/sale contracts, considering the particularities of ships, terminals, products, and loading/unloading conditions.
Participate in the execution and invoicing of the JV's national and international purchases and sales.
Organize the logistics of purchase/sale agreements: vetting, freight, delay management, quantity and quality inspections.
Establish effective and proactive communication with brokers, shipowners, agents, authorities, banks, customs, terminals, and internal teams (MOEVE and APICAL).
Keep the information of the operations updated in the company's systems.
Identify deviations in purchase/sale operations and ensure contractual compliance.
Be part of the fluid processes between Front and Back Office, favoring the use of data to maximize commercial value.

Join a strategic project in the field of advanced biofuels. We offer you the opportunity to join a strategic joint venture between Moeve and Bio-Oils, dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of advanced biofuels, in its two current plants. This alliance is leading the energy transition in southern Europe and will soon integrate the largest plant for the production of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) and renewable diesel from second-generation (2G) raw materials, which will be located in Palos de la Frontera (Huelva). In a rapidly expanding environment, you can actively contribute to the decarbonization plan of the energy sector, with an industrial, technological, and environmental impact focus.
As part of the Operational Projects position, you will ensure the correct execution of the logistics and commercial operations of purchasing, transporting, storing, and selling oils, glycerins, products, and by-products for the production of biofuels.
Fulfill chartering contracts and policies, as well as quality, sustainability, safety, and current regulatory standards, optimizing the supply chain and the flow of information with all internal and external agents. Contribute to maximizing the value of the joint venture's operations and minimizing operational, economic, and reputational risks.
