At DHL Global Forwarding, we are looking for an Ocean Freight Operations & Customer Service Specialist for our ocean operations department in Valencia (Alfafar).

• Manage the reception and coordination of customer orders.
• Coordinate with partners and suppliers the necessary instructions for the correct execution of shipments.
• Monitor ocean freight operations, ensuring control of information related to shipping lines and vessels.
• Collaborate with other departments for the proper development of business and the achievement of the objectives established by the Company.
• Manage and communicate the departures and arrivals of goods to customers through the established channels.
• Coordinate the sending of documentation and operational information to the corresponding customs agents.
• Maintain continuous communication with customers, ensuring they are properly informed throughout the entire process.
• Manage the transport of goods in accordance with the specifications agreed upon with the customer.
• Handle invoicing for services rendered.
• Develop assigned tasks in accordance with the procedures established by the Company, ensuring compliance with quality standards and defined deadlines, and contributing to the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
