What you'll get
- Full-time (39 h/week) from Monday to Friday: Monday to Thursday: 10:00 to 19:00 and Friday: 10:00 to 18:00 with 1 hour of break.
- On-site modality in offices located in Usera (Madrid)
- Temporary contract, with the probationary period established by law
- Salary: €9.72 gross/hour + incentives
- Selective training (of only 4 hours) from 10:00 to 14:00, unpaid.
- Immediate start after passing the training

The role
Currently, from the MADRID delegation, we are looking for a TELEPHONE AGENT FOR NGO, for MADRID.
What you'll do
You will make outbound calls to recruit new members for an NGO, contacting people who have already shown interest previously (social media, petitions, ads, etc.).
Your goal will be:
- Thank them for the interest shown.
- Inform clearly about the NGO's work.
- Convert that interest into a collaboration as a member.
- You will work following a pre-defined script and argument, with support and clear guidelines.
