What we're looking for

Experience in a Call Center in customer service is valued
Bilingual spoken Catalan, Basque, or Galician (any of these 3 languages)
Results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
Good computer skills and agility.
Availability to work from Monday to Sunday.

At Grupo Crit, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives with SPAIN'S CO-OFFICIAL LANGUAGES for a major supermarket with a national presence.

We are selecting people with excellent Customer Service skills and preferably experience in a contact center.

What you'll do

Comprehensive handling of calls, email, WhatsApp, and social media, responding to customer needs based on established procedures, standards, and quality objectives.
Effective attention and resolution of customer incidents, inquiries, and doubts regarding everything related to the purchasing process.
Compliance with company policies and regulations.
Administrative tasks derived from call management.

How you'll work

Direct contract with the company for 3 months + permanent.
39-hour work week.
Work 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, with 2 weekends off per month.
Available work shifts: morning from 08:00 to 16:00, and afternoon from 15:00 to 23:00.
