From the Editorial division of Grupo Planeta, we are looking for an Administrative Technician (Temporary) for our Copyright department.

Your mission will be to provide administrative support to the copyright contracting area, ensuring efficient management of documentation, administrative processes, and coordination with authors, agencies, and suppliers.

What you'll do

What will your day-to-day look like?

Managing and sending circulation certificates.

Coordinating and sending copies to authors.

Sending information and documentation to literary agencies.

Managing administrative invoices: reception, review, follow-up, and processing.

Scanning, filing, and organizing contracts and other documentation.

Managing, controlling, and organizing departmental materials.

Maintaining physical and digital documentation archives.

Providing administrative support to the editorial team in daily tasks.
