Revenue Manager Internship - Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower

At Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower we are looking for a student to undertake an internship as a Revenue Manager Intern, joining the Revenue team and supporting the optimization of hotel revenue.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hotel revenue management, pricing strategy, and demand analysis, within an international and results-driven environment.

The candidate will collaborate on data analysis, market monitoring, and support strategic decision-making to maximize RevPAR and hotel profitability.

Support the daily analysis of occupancy, demand, and pick-up.

Collaborate on the preparation of Revenue Management reports.

Support the monitoring of pricing strategy and rate parity across online channels.

Conduct competitive analysis and market benchmarking.

Collaborate on the preparation of demand forecasts and revenue reports.

Support inventory management across different distribution channels.

Participate in projects aimed at optimizing revenue and hotel distribution.

Student of Tourism, Business Administration (ADE), Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Interest in Revenue Management, hotel pricing, and data analysis.

High level of English.

Strong command of Excel and data analysis tools.

Analytical, organized and results-oriented profile.

Familiarity with PMS, Channel Manager, or Revenue Management tools.

En Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower buscamos un/a estudiante para realizar prácticas como Revenue manager Intern para incorporarse al equipo de Revenue y apoyar en la optimización de ingresos del hotel.

Esta es una excelente oportunidad para adquirir experiencia práctica en hotel revenue management, pricing strategy y análisis de demanda, dentro de un entorno internacional y orientado a resultados.

El/la candidato/a colaborará en el análisis de datos, seguimiento de mercado y apoyo en la toma de decisiones estratégicas para maximizar el RevPAR y la rentabilidad del hotel.

Apoyar en el análisis diario de ocupación, demanda y pick-up.

Colaborar en la elaboración de informes de Revenue Management.

Apoyar en el seguimiento de pricing strategy y paridad de tarifas en canales online.

Realizar análisis de competencia y benchmarking de mercado.

Colaborar en la elaboración de forecast de demanda y revenue reports.

Apoyar en la gestión de inventario en los diferentes canales de distribución.

Participar en proyectos de optimización de ingresos y distribución hotelera.

Estudiante de Turismo, ADE, Economía, Data Analytics o similar.

Interés en Revenue Management, hotel pricing y análisis de datos.

Nivel alto de inglés.

Buen manejo de Excel y herramientas de análisis de datos.

Perfil analítico, organizado y orientado a resultados.

Se valorará positivamente:

Conocimientos básicos de Revenue Management en hoteles.

Familiaridad con PMS, Channel Manager o herramientas de Revenue.

Prácticas en un hotel internacional de referencia en Barcelona.

Formación práctica en Revenue Management y estrategia comercial hotelera.
