What you'll do
Administration Manager- Barcelona, main responsibilities:
- Supervision of accounting closings and preparation of reports.
- Oversee audits and ensure tax, regulatory, and accounting compliance.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Cost analysis and control.
- Ensure the implementation of solid internal controls.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and negotiate contracts to protect the organization's interests and ensure compliance.
- Responsible for ensuring that contracts include Data Protection agreements.
- Lead improvements in financial processes, guiding restructuring and technological modernization.
- Collaborate with other departments to support continuous process improvement.
- Lead the Business Office team.
What you'll get

- Schedule: 8:15 AM - 4:15 PM (30-minute lunch break)
- Summer Intensive (July and August) working days: 6h from (8:15- 14:15)

We are seeking an Administration Manager to work in close partnership with our Finance and Operations Director. This strategic, hands-on role will oversee the school's financial and administration processes, including review of commercial partnerships and data protection compliance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in procurement, incorporating technology into daily processes, solid general understanding of how an administration department works, with exceptional attention to detail. This person will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations and supporting the financial department short/long-term goals.

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or similar.
- 3-5+ years of experience in management roles within finance/administration departments.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and auditing.
- Proficiency in MS Office (advanced Excel).
- Spanish, Catalan, and English
- Integrity and professional ethics.
